- Lead initiatives that support growth and development within specific accounts or account segments.
- Nurture and develop talent by fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to optimize outcomes and deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and meet contracted objectives.
- Support strategic leadership efforts on priority accounts by providing insightful guidance and assistance.
- Leverage connections with senior leadership to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Advanced proficiency in Service Management Governance.
- A minimum of 5 of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

- Intermediate proficiency in stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in client relationship management.
