This role can be based in Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch (actually, it can be based elsewhere in NZ as long as you are willing to travel to client site when needed)

As an experienced Dynamics F&O project Manager, your role is pivotal to our ongoing success. With a solid track record in the MS365 eco-system, you will have both broad and deep knowledge across the Finance and Operations offerings, with multiple end-to-end implementations under your belt.  Perhaps you come from a functional consulting background before stepping into Project Management? Or maybe your career has been crafted a different way – the key value you bring is your comprehensive knowledge of F&O and how everything hangs together. And you know, from experience, how implementation delivery should be run, how it is optimised for success. How all moving parts should come together and how to keep everyone motivated and on track and Stakeholders engaged and confident.

It is not enough to be a Project Manager in the generic sense. It is not enough if you have only dabbled in MS Dynamics or other ERP solutions.  We are looking for someone with a history of MS Dynamics F&O; someone whose career is embedded in it in one way or another and who has morphed into project management. Someone who is a fierce advocate for the benefits of this technology and how it best serves business.

This role can be based pretty much anywhere in NZ – travel will be required within NZ although our approach to on-site work with clients is about genuinely adding value rather than merely ticking a box. So much can be delivered remotely – but the magic often happens face-to-face..  We’re seeking someone who is used to operating at the senior levels, navigating within quite politically charged environments at times and able to instill confidence in the Customer right from the get-go - never once lifting their foot off the pedal. A track record of successful delivery, against all metrics, is testimony to how you control projects in your care. You'll also need to be highly pragmatic, operating in a true w-agile way when needed!

Our Delivery Team is critical to our success and our Project Managers lead the charge on all customer implementations and, therefore, being experienced in complex enterprise projects is essential. Managing MSDynamics F&O implementations takes specialist knowledge of how things need to be done...and being able to lead from the front requires a 'been there/done that' approach.
