The Digital Business Integration Manager provides Business and Technology services to help clients implement effective digital solutions. They understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via a range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value. They drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

 

To be successful in this role the candidate must be/have:

  • Passionate about digital customer experience, and understand the business and technology decisions required to create them.

  • A solid understanding of technology – particularly platforms which underpin eCommerce, digital marketing, analytics and content.

  • An appreciation of how technologies come together to deliver compelling customer experiences.

  • Appropriately bring digital knowledge to solve challenges – typically in an agile environment

  • A team focused attitude. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working as part of a team and taking on leadership responsibilities as appropriate.

  • Typically 3-6 years of relevant experience. This could include: business analysis, product ownership, scrum master, customer experience, or digital architecture. The successful candidate will likely have a broad digital background and will be open to working in a number of different roles.

  • A degree in any discipline, or appropriate work experience

  • Full working rights in NZ
