Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : IT Operations professionals support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
Good to have skills : NA
Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : aBachelors degree bGood to have ITIL technical certification

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktop management and ensuring smooth functioning of IT production systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktop management. - Ensure smooth functioning of IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and problems. - Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions, ensuring knowledge management and sharing best practices with the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktop management. - Experience in maintaining and supporting IT production systems and services. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
