Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth running of various talent processes for the Global Technology – E&IT Group HR organization
- Proactively analyze Talent KPIs and “tell the story” behind the statistics
- Guide decisions and lead actions through insights while maintaining documentation that reflects the as-is and to-be approach
- Assist the Service Delivery Lead in monitoring and balancing workload within the Service Delivery team, set and manage agenda for team discussions and project-manage activities through to closure
- Own the cost metrics of the Global Technology – E&IT Group HR team. Engage the Corporate Functions Finance team in plan-vs.-actuals analysis and be responsible for identifying and executing changes required to keep costs of the team per plan
- Maintain status of overall Global Technology E&IT Group HR talent agenda, priorities, and initiatives
- Serve as central point of contact to collect requests relating to talent metrics
- Own stakeholder communications (calls, emails, other channels etc.) that articulate the right level of detail, to the right audience, at the right time
- Partner with shared services (COE teams) to simplify and smoothly run talent processes
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as applicable

- Reasonable understanding of the services offered cross-Technology
- Good understanding of Accenture’s business and organizational structure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence others
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Successful track record working effectively in a virtual work environment
- Experience running talent processes such as performance achievement is a bonus, but key is having the ability to understand terminology of talent processes and familiarity with how they are run
