Your typical day will involve working with Java, leading the development team, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. Requirements: Technical Stack: Java or Node JS: 5 years+, Team lead experience Nice to have: React JS experience, Azure Kubernetes experience, Application modernization experience, Mainframe experience, Agile experience, Azure development experience: 5 years+ Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development team in designing, building, and configuring Java-based applications, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. - Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure successful delivery of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Experience in leading the development team in designing, building, and configuring Java-based applications. - Strong understanding of coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
