Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

"Technical and Functional support for Sensors Hardware, Digital Smart Lockers and MagicInfo devices. Primary Skill – Unified communication and Collaboration Operations Additional Skill - Workplace Product Support Roles and Responsibilities: Manage day to day operations of Sensor Hardware, Digital Smart Lockers & MagicInfo devices via Vendor Portals. Identify, implement, and oversee technical and process improvements across responsible workplace products in conjunction with project and architecture teams Extract reports and share with Team Lead and Manager Adhere to operational processes and technical standards defined by Engineering team or Video Delivery Leadership Execute scheduled operational processes (including Password rotations and Account verifications) Assist with Access to the relevant hardware platforms for teams needing data or dashboard information Implement changes, perform maintenance, and resolve incidents out of business hours as necessary Open vendor tickets with appropriate and detailed problem descriptions and supporting information Coordinate with vendor, workplace & LTS for onsite/remote troubleshooting to resolve operational incident Understand agile methodology and the use of the Azuer Dev Ops tool for tracking work Qualifications: Education Degree/Diploma in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience Essential Knowledge and Technical Skills: Confident with applying acquired knowledge to troubleshooting technical issues under pressure Good knowledge on Workplace technologies including: MagicInfo Use of the vendor platform to replace videos, control monitors and process customer requests Sensors Benefits of the use of IoT for office management Coordinate with local offices to physically perform sensor related tasks; change a battery, reset a gateway, etc… Architecture of an IoT solution Digital Lockers Use of the Vecos SaaS platform to support local offices incidents and requests. Knowledge of the components required for a digital locker Locker security and access Comfortable with coaching/giving guidance/motivating/explaining technical issues to customers, regardless of level Solid verbal and written English communication skills Knowledge on Desktop Support and troubleshooting basic network related issues Strong time management skills Understanding of network troubleshooting tools and methods Detailed-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with key executives and customers Experience developing technical documentation Ability to closely adhere to operational processes and technical standards defined by engineering team or video delivery leadership Infrastructure Requirements: (especially for work from home situations) 50 Mbps bandwidth Desktop / Laptop with 6 GB RAM"
