You will act as the primary point of contact and lead the effort to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve managing and supporting Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Manage and support Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain documentation related to applications and systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation and Microsoft 365. - Solid understanding of application design, development, and deployment. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to applications and systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
