Job Description

Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner for Application Technical Support, you will be responsible for owning the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Your typical day will involve developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery, with a focus on Syniti ADM for SAP. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Syniti ADM for SAP, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of Syniti ADM for SAP. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and technologies, with a focus on Syniti ADM for SAP. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Syniti ADM for SAP and related technologies, and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Syniti ADM for SAP. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules and technologies. - Strong understanding of IT operations and support processes. - Experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management. - Experience with system design and implementation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
