Project Role : Application Developer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Micro Focus LoadRunner. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Assist in defining/identifying the PE requirements and designing the performance workload model and scenario setup. 2 Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability Work with testing/Development team to develop performance test plans and cases. 3 Good knowledge on Application architecture, Scenario Design and in-depth analysis of PT execution 4 Good interpersonal and communication skills with effective communication with client Professional & Technical Skills: 1 At least 3 Years of experience in Performance Testing using LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter 2 Good in Analysis and able to identify bottlenecks 3 Must have experience in web http/html and TruClient UI protocols scripting 4 Performance testing monitoring tools experience preferably Dynatrace AppDynamics or any monitoring other relevant tool 5 Good knowledge on Server-side metrics analysis like JVM, threads, CPU and Memory 6 Able to lead/execute the project independently 7 Good analytical problem-solving skills 8 Good Communication skills 9 Ability to work independently. 10 Analyze test results and generate reports to document performance resiliency findings. Additional Information: 1 The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. 2 The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. 3 This position is based at our Chennai office.
