Job Description

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Syniti ADM for SAP, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Syniti ADM for SAP and providing hardware/software support across all server and network areas. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products for Syniti ADM for SAP. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syniti ADM for SAP, including L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. - Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Syniti ADM for SAP. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of operating systems and software solutions/vendors/brands. - Strong understanding of hardware and software support. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
