Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Tableau and leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications to clients. Job Description* Accountable for Reporting and Analysis of results. The role will contribute to identification of themes and trends at function and enterprise level. This role is an individual contributor in the Business Support function. Roles and Responsibilities* • Partner with EIT leadership and stakeholders to understand reporting needs. • Aggregate data and reporting results to various business and risk partners. • Development of Dashboard and Reports in Tableau • Data extraction from various Data sources, normalization of data and automation of processes • Lead Data Quality and automation efforts • Identify potential areas for process improvement/automation and responsible for creating applications using required technologies to support the process improvements/automations • Ability to work cross-functionally, and across borders to effectively execute the business goals • Ensure adherence to the SLA’s / Metrics – productivity, turn-around-time and accuracy Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau. • Strong Research, Analytical, Reasoning and Problem Solving skills. • Expert in design & development of reports in Tableau • Expert in SQL/SSIS • Strong MS Excel skill and data quality mindset • Experience in Automation • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and influential way • Critical thinking Skills • Self-motivated and resourceful • Ability to drive culture of team environment • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, show drive and take initiative • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills • Experience in completing tasks as per deadline. • Knowledge of the different types of databases or systems used by the Bank • Knowledge of SharePoint design and workflow • Strong Documentation Skills Professional Attributes • Able to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously while being flexible and responsive to changing environments • Ability to recommend and implement process control improvements. • A pragmatic, flexible, and leader attitude towards problem solving, knowledge sharing, and a consultative working style • Flexible to shift changes at short notice • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
