Summary: As an Application Lead in Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure that software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience in leading software development teams and managing software development projects. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
