Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategy, automated scripts and supporting data and environment configuration, participating in code reviews, and monitoring and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of web-based applications using Selenium. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects and issues. - Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code. - Develop and maintain test data and test environments to support testing activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have Proficiency in Selenium and Java - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cucumber (Software) - TestNG or other Supported Testing Framework for Grouping Test Cases, Prioritizing Test Cases, Executing Test Batches and Generating Test Results - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Maven Integration for creating and maintaining Selenium Test Environment - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
