Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL. - Solid understanding of technical architecture requirements, including hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Experience in reviewing and integrating all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
