Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve providing advisory work for the IT function itself, utilizing your expertise in Process Mining. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes, using data, interviews, and observations to identify inefficiencies. • Identify improvement opportunities, create business cases, and build transformation roadmap introducing digital enablers, including automation, to drive efficiency improvements and better customer experience. • Develop and document optimized processes, considering cost, quality, technology integration, and user experience. • Market and proposal development: Contribute to proposals by researching industry specifics and crafting solutions aligned with client needs. • Participate in client relationship management and business development activities, identifying new opportunities. • Develop business requirements for the implementation of technology solutions for the client. • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine and finalize process designs and develop holistic solutions. • Design and recommend technology solutions for process automation and improvement. • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. • Lead client interviews, workshops, and presentations, building trust and understanding their needs. • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, recommendations, and project progress. • Plan, manage, and execute small to medium size process improvement initiatives • Leverage Process Mining tools to monitor business process performance, carry out process discovery and improvement projects. • Leverage automation tools to help improve business processes and outcomes. • Prepare and deliver training materials, conduct workshops, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant software in process management. • Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, sharing best practices and lessons learned from projects. • Mentorship and coaching: Guide junior consultants an - Lead and manage Process Mining projects, including process discovery, conformance checking, and process enhancement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions to optimize business processes. - Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Process Mining tools and techniques, including data extraction, transformation, and visualization. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Process Mining and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
