Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide, leveraging new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using COBOL as the primary skill. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, ensuring that the end-to-end system meets business requirements. - Develop and maintain code using agile methodologies, ensuring that code is well-documented, tested, and deployed with minimal errors. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring that they are following best practices and adhering to coding standards. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, including good-to-have skills like Angular, and integrate them into the development process where appropriate. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in COBOL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Experience with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL. - Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
