Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategy, automated scripts and supporting data and environment configuration, participating in code reviews, monitoring, and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop and implement performance testing strategies for software applications. • Design and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools and techniques. • Analyze performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues. • Demonstrate a proactive and innovative mindset in anticipating and addressing potential performance challenges. • Develop and maintain performance test scripts and test data. • Provide recommendations for performance measurement analysis and improvement. • Monitor and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Primary Skill: Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies. - Primary Skill: Strong understanding of performance testing tools and methodologies. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter, AppDynamics, Splunk, along with proficiency in JavaScript, database/SQL, and performance measurement analysis and improvement. - Must To Have Skills: Proven track record in developing and implementing performance testing strategies for software applications. Deep understanding of performance testing and engineering principles, including real-time scenarios. -Must To Have Skills: Experience in performance testing protocols such as web services and web. Familiarity with GitHub, JIRA, and Agile methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Experience in Microfocus LoadRunner and Tricentis Neoload tools. - Good To Have Skills: Strong grasp of performance testing tools and techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in monitoring and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities. Familiarity with other Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
