Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, utilizing strong communication and leadership skills. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP CX modules such as Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. - Solid understanding of SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C architecture and configuration. - Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP). - Strong knowledge of SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C data model and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
