Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve providing advisory work for the IT function itself and working on Workday Talent Management projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Workday Talent Management projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Provide advisory services to clients on Workday Talent Management best practices and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including working with developers, business analysts, and project managers. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Talent Management trends and technologies, and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Workday Talent Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Financials. - Experience in leading and managing Workday Talent Management projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Strong understanding of Workday Talent Management best practices and solutions. - Experience in providing advisory services to clients on Workday Talent Management. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Experience in staying up-to-date with the latest Workday Talent Management trends and technologies, and providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Workday Talent Management solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
