Summary: As an Application Lead for Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS), including design, development, and implementation. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes, including experience with financial modeling and forecasting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Essbase. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related technologies. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) development. - The candidate's experience should be focused on Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) development, with a strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
