Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing business agility and technology innovation advisory services focused on organizational transformation. Your typical day will involve analyzing and interpreting complex business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Job Description This is an Individual Contributor Business Analyst role. The candidate will be working on different Initiatives driving workflow automation opportunities across Business Streams via process mapping the Current/Target state, document the process assessment during different phases of the implementation, Configure/Design the target state to help streamline BAU Ops processes and drive efficiencies in the team. The candidate will be expected to have a good grasp on business needs and domain knowledge in Financial Markets Operations across various products. The candidate should be able to think out of the box to help identify automation & efficiency opportunities for various business streams. Roles & Responsibilities: • The Candidate will be working on the workflow automation projects that requires to gain in-depth understanding of the current workflow and figure out the strategy that helps transition from Existing to Target state (New) workflow. • Individual should be self-driven, collaborate independently with various stakeholders to drive a use case through various project lifecycle. • Accountable for the improvement, configuration, and execution of processes in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business • Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. • Communication skills will be heavily utilized in forming and communicating with various Ops team, LOB Leadership team and gaining stakeholder buy-in • Document process assessment during various phases of the migration/transition of the workflow • Managing End to end onboarding phases/journey of allocated Use Cases for submission and approval through full project life cycle from initial assessment, Configuration, Deployment and Validation Technical Skills: - BA experience of working on a product/Platform. - Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively. - Flexible in work timings to meet business needs. - Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal. - Good Working knowledge of Banking Operations/ financial services - Good analytical skills. Strong attention to details - Proficient in Visio and BPMN methodology. - Team Player & Good business judgement for risk/reward trade offs Professional Attributes: - Ability to understand and drive Front-to-Back Workflow and articulate and understand full product/trade life cycle in Banking Operations - Knowledge of workflow processes and tools - High-level knowledge of Agile methodologies; familiarity with JIRA a plus - Change management or project management experience preferred. - Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations - Enthusiastic, energetic, determined, and positive – especially under pressure
