Job Description

Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Application Packaging
Good to have skills : Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Graduate

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with Application Packaging and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to ensure smooth operations of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for packaging an application following an established process and workflow Packaging will consist of building silent installation packages in a MSI/MST and other formats using AdminStudio tool and performing initial installation testing on Windows based operating systems - Responsible for deployment of applications and packages through SCCM/Intune - Interact with Application owners to gather requirements and drive the application through the various stages of the Application Life Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience and knowledge on Application Packaging and Repackaging using Admin Studio or any packaging tool - Knowledge on Application virtualization using Microsoft APP-V - Good Knowledge in writing scripts using VBScript, Batch File Scripts, Powershell - Knowledge on troubleshooting packaged apps using tools like procmon Orca Picture Taker InstallRite etc Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Packaging. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - Resource should have good communication skill - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
