Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a Work on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Endpoint Security products like Windows DLP, CASB b Have ITIL process knowledge c Have good knowledge of System Development Methodologies and have experience across system development stages d Provide timely reports, presentations ad other deliverables as per the Service Level Agreement Technical Experience : a Sound technical knowledge of Windows DLP CASB b Sound technical knowledge of Desktop troubleshooting Professional Attributes : a Inclined to learn new technologies and willing to go extra mile to gain knowledge in other products b Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers at different levels of the organization Educational Qualification: a Certification in Data Loss Prevention b ITIL Certification Additional Info : NA
