What would you do? The Business Interlock Associate Manager is part of the global Learning BPS team. In this role you help clients develop learning strategies to achieve business outcomes. You are responsible for understanding the client’s operating environment, business strategy, and learning and collaboration approach. You work directly with clients on learning planning, needs analysis, curriculum design, and end to end learning project management. You serve as an ‘interlock’ between the client and Accenture teams. You identify and verify training needs, validate content, and recommend solutions to the client. You work with Accenture instructional designers and media teams and ensure they have the proper inputs to produce quality deliverables. You work with account leadership on staffing for projects and account planning. You kick off new projects to align everyone on project goals, key deliverables, timelines, and critical dependencies. After a project kicks off, you maintain strong collaboration with all parties, ensuring deliverable milestones are met and status is communicated and documented. A successful candidate will bring exceptional client relationship skills, curriculum planning experience, strong project management, and a spirit of innovation and agility that matches our client’s fast-paced, technical, and entrepreneurial culture. A successful candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects at one time. They will be able to see the big picture and also have an eye for the details. They will bring a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring all team members are successful. Flexibility, collaboration, and shared responsibility are key elements to success on this team. Note: This role is remote, but may require occasional travel to meet clients, vendors, or other Accenture teams. This role may also require some evening hours to meet client time zone needs and work with global internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Proactively understand the client’s business drivers, needs, and priorities. • Partner with the client on 90-day learning planning, documenting priorities, scope, and timelines. • Partner with the client on learning needs analysis deliverables. • Partner with the client to architect learning solutions. • Review and map source content, identifying any gaps. • Document learning requirements in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB) and/or summary deck. • Plan and facilitate project kick-off calls. • Schedule and facilitate client status calls, documenting status in client tools and templates. • Communicate with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and minimize risk • Generate, present, and negotiate options, as needed. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including client teams, account leadership, internal teams, and vendors.
