Level F / G:
The Operational Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing data to support the incentive compensation process. This includes implementing the compensation plans using internal tools, managing the group’s quotas, revenue and HR data, providing general support of the plan to the sales force and Field Compensation Advisor (FCA).
The analyst has a key role to play in the monthly rhythm of the business cycle to ensure high accuracy of data is maintained for sales participants to support operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Be the ongoing link between sales quotas and territories, roles, and personnel information
• Execute a group of key core tasks:
o Revenue reconciliations
o Quota view creation and population
o Segment and Account based territory creation
o Participant creation and maintenance
o Account maintenance
o Reports refresh
o Quota audits
o Manual revenue adjustments
o Quota adjustments and updates
o Execute changes (termination, transfers)
o Answer and resolve queries as required
• Prepare and distribute commission related reports as required
• Suggest and help implement improvements to the process

Requirements:

• Data analysis and experience supporting a sales organization in the incentive compensation area
• Analytical, self-starter, multi-tasking ability, attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills
• Confidence - Acts confidently in uncertain circumstances; works effectively in ambiguous situations
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• Detailed oriented & thorough
• Ability to organize and track volumes of detailed information
• 0-3 years of work experience in related field
