The Media/Graphics Specialist provides graphics production or audio and video elements for training assets or other Accenture projects. The Media/Graphics Specialist specializes in one or more domains and provided solutions to complex tasks. The domain can be based on individual skills, which is Visualizer, Action Scripter etc. The Specialist has to have a deep knowledge of his/her domain and should be able to offer new solutions. The specialist also needs to be innovative in his/ her domain. The domain can be either in the visualization/design OR in Flash action scripting/HTML5 and scripting domain. The specialist role also involves ideating and brainstorming to create original material using basic to complex elements of graphic design and media development typically creating complex assets. He/She provides insights and solutions to new tools, new technologies and new products. He/She also looks at opportunities to up skill people in the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, take internal and external trainings. The job requires no supervision. The specialist role is purely based on value creator outcome and does not necessarily have a separate pyramid to lead
