- Job description

? Provide superior client technical support for Google Analytics Suite Products
? Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests.
? Complete Product Configuration (Feature Activation / Deactivation)
? Identify and Escalate Product (GA360) bugs to the Analytics Escalation Team (TPE) or Eng Team
? Educate the customers on product usage, from the basics to best practices mostly via emails/chat & phone calls.
? Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management/Specialists, Sales, & Engineering teams to drive customer communications, product feedback, feature requests, and technical issue resolution to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
At least 2 years of extensive working experience in the Google Analytics field

? Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) is a must.
? Exemplary experience in phone and chat support
? Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving approach
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
? Experience working in a client-facing technical service environment, preferably supporting web-based or analytics products
? Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
? Ability to go beyond help center articles and understand the technical system to resolve client queries
? Knowledge on statistical methodologies and techniques to process database management using APIs
? Proven ability to balance multiple priorities
? Work experience as data analyst is a plus
? Understanding of SQL & mobile app versioning, mobile operating system concepts
Graduate of BS Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, or equivalent to that
