Learning & development- Training Co-ordination

Responsible for supporting key operational processes and tools associated to the day to day management of internal employee certification programs. Will work to ensure that assessment-related reporting, candidate progress tracking, and assessment development are administered consistently with a high level of quality. Assumes a key role in supporting candidates and training organizations through the program to ensure that various assessments are managed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities/Authorities/Main accountabilities:
o Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance
o Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times
o Participate in team initiatives and actively contribute to team success
o Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to myLearning certification build and reports
o Contribute toward process improvements
o Act as the team lead for various projects
o Develop deep expertise in the certification functionality within QM Perception and certification program reporting tools within the QM
o Assist with monitoring and tracking of technical incidents associated with the use of myLearning, the Decision Support Center, and Questionmark Perception to ensure that resolution occurs within the contracted Service Level Agreement
o Certification Program Repository maintenance
o Receive, log, and respond to customer requests related to exam development received through the program mailbox. Maintain documentation addressing common requests and FAQs.
o Generate monthly reports reflecting current traffic on each exam
o Generate and provide location specific data points based on the reports generated and specific observations
o Escalate issues as needed to the ALCSS Delivery Lead to ensure problems or requests are communicated effectively and rec
