- Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Key Responsibilities : 1:Good Understanding on ISILON, UNITY, VNX, Data Domain and NetApp 2:Should be able to drive troubleshooting critical / complex issues 3:Should be able to work on both SAN and NAS 4:Maintain and upgrade Storage infrastructure systems as per industry standard best practices 5:Monitor performance and ensure storage availability and reliability 6:Able to perform day to operations, handle tickets to resolve within SLA 7:Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Technical Experience : 1: 5 - 7 Years of relevant experience within a highly available Data Center environment 2;:Supporting both Linux and Windows platforms 3:Hands-on experience on Data Protection 4:Hands-on experience on File access control 5:Deep understanding on VNX file systems and shares 6:Deep understanding of Zoning and LUN management 7:Good understanding on setting up Windows SMB shares 8:Deep Understanding on NetApp Volumes, QTREES, Aggregates, Files and LUNS
- Professional Attributes : 1:Good verbal and written skills 2: Ability to operate independently with little direct supervision
- Educational Qualification : Graduate Degree
- Additional Information : Certifications: ISM, DCS
