Skill/Operating Group Technology Strategy & Advisory Level Consultant
Location Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore Travel Percentage Expected Travel could be anywhere between 0-100%

Principal Duties
And Responsibilities: Consulting professionals working closely with our clients to design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise—strategic, industry, functional, technical—in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth.

Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities.
• Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Managing large and complex programs and projects including Complex deal structures, Mobilization and governance of major change programs from inception to maintenance
• Leveraging new technologies and methodologies to drive business value
• Designing new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions
• Helping solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment, performing a gap analysis and building transformation roadmaps for the client
• Knowledge transfers to our clients about the latest technologies and key use cases across the industry and/or the organization.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree
• MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
• 5-8 years of large-scale consulting experience and managing teams in a consulting environment or at high tech companies in CMT processes, functions & technologies or core CMT Industry experience.
Experience: We are looking for candidates having either Industry or Consulting experience with Communications/telecommunication or Media, or Hi-Tech firms. Following areas of expertise will be given preference:
• Experience in 5G Network – architecture, implementation, or design, use case identification across various industries like mining/ banking, thorough understanding of core concepts like network slicing.
• Telecom/ Communication: Strong telecom industry background experience and knowledge of OSS , Networks & next generation connectivity areas to be able to lead telecom Transformation project
• Networks: Experience in infrastructure, understanding of network architectures and knowledge of new age technology like SDN (Software Defined Networking) & NFV (Network Function Virtualization) as well as Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong hold on Cloud concepts including Cloud Infrastructure, Telco Cloud, Cloud Native architectures etc.
• Preferable to have exposure to Edge Computing.
• Preferable to have certifications like eTOM, ITIL, AWS, Azure or any telecom packaged software.
• Preferable to have knowledge of any CSP’s Cloud Platform offerings for Data analytics, AI/ML, Networking like Azure Stack Edge, Amazon QuickSight etc.
• Preferable to have exposure to Intelligent Network Operations - Intelligent Care and Smart Service Assurance or AI-Driven Assurance, SOC, VOC, Digital Field Workforce transformation
• The candidate should have practical industry expertise.

Key Competencies and Skills: • Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation
• Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.
• Deep experience within Telecom industry.
• Comfort conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences.
• Supporting proof of concept and/or pilot implementations
