Principal Duties andlt;br or andgt; And Responsibilities: • Interact with client stakeholders to understand their problems define a problem statement understand the scope of the engagement and drive projects to deliver value to the clientandlt;br or andgt; • Understand the technology costs and do a deep dive within individual cost items. Analyze the cost profile through multiple lenses such as business lens technology lens etc.andlt;br or andgt; • Through your expertise and experience guide your team to suggest the right solutions to meet the needs of clients and help draw up practical implementation road maps that position them for long-term successandlt;br or andgt; • Benchmark against global research benchmarks and leading industry peers to understand current client cost scenarioandlt;br or andgt; • Understand client’s business and IT goals define their priorities and identify opportunities for reinvestmentandlt;br or andgt; • Apply strong analytical skills to dig deep into research and large data sets to identify where clients can leverage opportunities to reduce costsandlt;br or andgt; • Use data models and visualization to bring your analysis to lifeandlt;br or andgt; • Build relationships with clients to maintain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partnerandlt;br or andgt; • Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business technology and operations.andlt;br or andgt; • Mentor junior members of the team and groom them for more responsibilityandlt;br or andgt; • Lead GTM activities and support business development work andlt;br or andgt;

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • MBA or equivalent degree .Preferable. Experience: • Minimum of 8-12 years large scale consulting experience and managing teams in a consulting environment or at high tech companies • Knowledge of and passion for leading technology trends • Exposure to industry frameworks for value case development data driven diagnostics transformation design and management and value management Key Competencies and Skills: The right candidate should have competency and skills aligned to one or more of these archetypes - o CXO Workshops – Independently engage and educate c-suite on the importance impacts and challenges of becoming a dynamic and ever-changing business .
