.Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to interpret and analyze customer Payment discrepancies.

• Ability to apply business knowledge to support clients.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.

• strong e-mail writing skills

• Ability to create a positive environment where team spirit and coordination are valued.

Expected Contributions

• Responsible for posting payments accurately to customer accounts.

• Responsible for resolution of payment discrepancies.

• Ensure resolution of customer queries in reference to payments.

• Responsible for identifying and helping to resolve systems issues which impact AR accounts

• Provide support in cash apps audit.
.Experience • 3+ years experience in BPO F&A processes is preferred. • Experience in the Cash Applications preferred. • Experience on People soft Preferred • Excellent written communication skills. Education or Certification • B.Com/ M.Com
