The Customer Insight and Growth team is aligned to the Consulting division of Accenture and works with our client’s sales and marketing organization. The team provides transformation services across five key offering namely Intelligent Marketing, Connected Growth and Selling, Next Generation Customer Care, Platforms and Customer Economics. These services help our clients optimize their cost to serve and improve revenue per customer.

The team is comprised of individuals who have great understanding of customer services function and span across various industries like CHT, FS, Utilities and Retail. The team leverages their diversified skills to deliver projects that helps drive quantifiable value to our clients.

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define sales and marketing strategies, design and implement loyalty solutions and help optimize our client’s customer loyalty program. Principal Duties And Responsibilities: Would be responsible for design and delivery in Contact Center domain including 1. Perform Contact center application requirement analysis 2. Create Contact center technical and application design documentation 3. Design and develop applications on contact center platform - Cisco UCCE, ICM scripting and Voice Portal (CVP ) - Cisco call studio 11.6 onwards 4. Perform contact center application build, testing, defect fix 5. Perform contact center application deployment and migrations 6. Closely work with client and application delivery team for successful project implementations Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Experience: • 3 to 6 years of experience in application design and build leveraging Cisco unified communication products like Cisco ICM Script Editor, Cisco CVP & Multi channel • Experience in agile mode of delivery • Consulting experience (Optional) Key Competencies and Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a strong and well-established record of accomplishment in designing and developing Contact Center Applications • Candidates who fit this profile will have experience designing and implementing Cisco contact center application specifically in the areas of callflow and integration design, development of call flows, and deployment • Ability to interpret the business and functional requirements and translate to application callflow designs • Experience in developing call flows in CVP Call studio, ICM Script editor • Experience in IVR custom code development using Java 8 or Java 7 • Experience in Service-oriented architecture/web services (SOAP/REST) knowledge (Good to have) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment Additional Information: Flexibility to be based in Bangalore/Gurgaon/ Mumbai
