- Project Role :Business Process Architect
- Project Role Description :Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

- Key Responsibilities : 1:Knowledge of an Agile framework or method ie Scrum, Kanban, or understanding of software development life cycle models 2:Good process knowledge across various services and products in telecom domain 3:Excellent knowledge of Advanced Networking Concepts, Network architecture and design, equipment specification to provide vendor evaluation and selection of any BSS, OSS solutions 4:Technical background with experience in REST APIs, microservices, cloud
- Technical Experience : 1 Good understanding of IT Service Management Tool such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPOM etc with detailed knowledge in ITSM, Change Management, Config management processes 2 Minimum 9 years of experience with any major ITSM tool 3 Has detailed experience wrt 3rd party integrations 4 Worked on Incident management, problem management, change management and knowledge management 5 Design application features customized to Clients Requirement
- Professional Attributes : 1 Exposure to multiple delivery methodologies like Waterfall, Agile Programming and Automation abilities Excellent written and verbal communications Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including internal and client teammates
- Educational Qualification : 1 15Yrs fulltime education is mandatory
