- Key Responsibilities : 1 Experience of working in a 3rd line IT support environment 2 Exchange 2013 / 2019 including EDGE /Hybrid large enterprise solutions 100,000 seats across multiple geographic environments 3 Exchange Online Office 365 in a Hybrid / Federated configuration 4 SymantecCloud formerly MessageLabs 5 Symantec Email Gateway SEG 10x Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 32 and 64 bit builds Trustwave Secure Email Gateway formerly Mail Marshal 6Veritas Enterprise Vault / Discovery Accelerator SMTP Mail Routing
- Technical Experience : 1 Microsoft exchange 2013 / 2019 2 M365 3 Automation 4 Message Hygiene cloud based and on site delivery 5 Windows Active Directory multi forest/domain implementations 6 Antivirus technologies Scripting PowerShell, C 7 Microsoft SQL Hardware i386 hardware
- Professional Attributes : Good Communication Skills
- Educational Qualification : BE or Equivalent
