- Project Role Description :Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

- Key Responsibilities : 1. Partner with clients on business transformation programs drive Innovation for our clients by incorporating latest industry tech trends to enable realization of business outcomes on D365. 2.Perform capability assessments, define value areas, quantify benefits in a transformation assessment 3.Conduct research, analyze reports, keep abreast of tech trends apply to clients??? business ecosystem 4.Define enterprise blueprints that leverage emerging architecture patterns around D365 Finance
- Technical Experience : 1.The candidate is expected to have E2E project delivery experience in designing and building solutions based on D365 Finance 2.Understanding of business processes with the ability to articulate tech issues in business terms 3.Knowledge of major MSFT tech such as Azure, Power Platform 4.Experience working with following industries ??? Lifesciences, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking and Fin Services 5.Exposure to emerging tech will be an added advantage AI, Automation, Blockchain, and DnA
- Professional Attributes : 1.Adept in E2E fin processes, IFRS GAAPs 2.Analytical and problemsolving skills to drive innovation 3.Stakeholder mgmt relationship building skills 4.Good written and verbal comm. with storytelling and presentation skills 5.Project mgmt skills to manage parallel proj, to foresee mitigate risk
- Educational Qualification : ???Commerce Postgraduates B.COMM.COM ???CA, CMA, MBA from TIER 12 Bschools
- Additional Information : E2E fin processes, viz Report to Record, O2C, P2P, Acquire 2 Retire, Project initiation to closure.
