The Program Manager will design and execute strategies in line with fction business requirements across spectrum of operations, technology, communication, change managements & other areas. Expect the candidate to have 8-10 years of overall experience with ~7 years of program management experience.
1. Ability to handle large scale cross functional projects
2. Relationship management for the DU with their stakeholders
3. Improve operational effectiveness through technology, space, human capital levers
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that strategies are aligned to organizational goals and executed effectively
5. Understanding the process and having a good knowledge of the process
i. Manage end to end execution of all new work scoped for DU
ii. Strategy delivery, effectively plan transitions – people, process & technology requirements
iii. Deliver seamless migration with high degree of customer satisfaction
iv. Manage timelines & budgets
2. Service Management:
i. Relationship management with stakeholders – SPOC, participate in leadership forums, drive VOC, Engagement
ii. Incident management, Escalation Management & drive improvements
3. Change Management:
i. Effectively manage communication
ii. Strategize & execution of plans within bound timelines
4. Business Lever management:
i. Work with DU on reduction of cost to serve & reduce actual spend variance against forecasts
ii. Assist DU to effectively manage HC and plan for organic growth
iii. Showcase value delivered (Quarterly, Annual) through presentations in leadership forum, Newsletter etc..
5. Business Lever management:
i. Look at opportunities within the process to seek growth for the organization
ii. Possibilities of new business opportunities to broaden scope of work
iii. View organization services and looking for gaps and sell prospective services
III. KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
i. Timeliness of service delivery – new transitions/programs, framework set up, etc..
ii. Accuracy of budgeting & HC planning for DU
iii. Accuracy of opportunity tracking, logging and conversion to deployment
iv. Process improvement initiatives on cost to serve, HC optimization & productivity gains
i. Ability to collaborate with multi-region, multi-functional stakeholders across Finance, HR, Tech etc.. domains to deliver on requirements
ii. Ability to grow business
iii. Ability to think out of box solutions, proactive recommendations & foresight
iv. Ability to learn business process, contribute to thought process and effectively improve business performance
v. Manage and execute large programs within timelines, with the application of the Project Management principles
vi. Grow business for the organization and seek new opportunities to engage with clients
