- Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Key Responsibilities : Monitoring day to day computer performance Update and maintain the computer inventory Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Technical Experience : 2-3 Experience in VMware Horizon VDI
- Professional Attributes : Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Customize desktop applications to meet user needs Monitor the performance of a companys desktop infrastructure and provide suggestions to improve efficiency Test, install and set up application programs on user workstations Test network connect
- Educational Qualification : Any Degree, BE
- Additional Information : Knowledge on Windows Desktop Operating systems VMware Vspherepreferably VMware Horizon Viewpre,
