- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 The ServiceNow delivery lead is responsible for driving delivering the project end to end Should be capable of handling the team mitigate project risk, project planning execution Manage the team capable of working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform with technical assistance to the team wherever needed
- Technical Experience : 1 Strong knowledge of ServiceNow GRC Architect Ability to interact with client, understand implementation/enhance requirements, support implementation of ServiceNow GRC Understand functional and technical usage of components objects of ServiceNow GRC applications Drive the project delivery e2e 2 Excellent grip of ServiceNow framework, User access model, application scoping, basic ITSM skills, good understanding of CMDB, scipting and other objects 3 Competency of GRC SecOps model
- Professional Attributes : 1 Working as project manager, BA, Tech Lead and individual capacity 2 Competancy of solutioning the customer requirements 3 Open adaptive to work stream within the capablity Customer Interaction on requirements gathering and discussions planning 4 Good knowledge of ServieNow GRC
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area
- Additional Information : 10 years of relevant experience in GRC Tools implementation
