JOB SUMMARY
Vendor Management POC will be responsible to manage the payment process for external payments for India Recruitment. He or she will interact with external vendors to manage the process of empanelment and all related documentation for the same. He or she review and track vendor performance and manage the process of all external vendor billing and payment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Vendor or Agency relationships.
• Manage payment process for all external vendors for recruitment.
• Manage recoveries as per terms of contract.
• Manage vendor performance tracking and reporting.
• Manage vendor empanelment process and documentation related to vendor empanelment
• Manage vendor grievances and escalations.
• Adhoc vendor performance analytics and reporting



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 4 to 6+ years of vendor management and payment processing experience.
• Ability to smoothly handle vendor escalations..Mandatory.
• Hands on experience on payment lifecycle .Mandatory.
• Understanding of recruitment process is an added advantage..Good to have.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good at preparing PPT’s and number crunching.
• Understanding of various Accenture internal systems like Abacus Aravo SAP Ariba will be an added advantage for internal candidates.
