Job description:
The HR V&A (Ventures & Acquisitions) Talent Integration (VATI) Capability Team Consultant supports the HR V&A team in delivering change management activities for transitioning and integrating employees joining Accenture via an acquisition.
The Consultant needs to have a go-getter attitude and inclination towards learning and enhancing skills in the area of Change Management for people transition. He/ she should have strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and effective time management skills for supporting multiple team members and deals.
Job Description
Working closely with HR VATI Lead and collaborating with other teams (as necessary), the HR VATI Capability Team Consultant is responsible for the following:
• Develop an understanding of HR V&A end-to-end acquisition process through onboarding/ coaching program
• Extend oneself as a co-lead (with oversight from VATI Lead) for a deal and spend majority time & effort to manage change management for employee transition activities across engagement activities/ programs, communications and training.
• Provide support across deals by preparing specified deliverables, which may include (not exhaustive):
o Preparing for workshops to co-create employee transition journey/ roadmap and culture integration sessions
o Communication content development (high-quality and creative messages via different communication modes)
o Prepare Training/ onboarding plans and deployment
o Change measurement (via surveys, focus group discussions etc.) analysis & reporting to understand employee mood and take corrective actions
• Collaborate with teams to obtain required information for preparing, reviewing and finalizing the required deliverables. These team members may include:
o Internal HR stakeholders: HR V&A team members, HRBPs, Recruitment, Learning & Development etc.
o Accenture business leaders.
o Acquired company leaders and team leads/ employees.
• Complete tasks on time and error-free striving for the best support possible.
• Build credibility and relationships with HR VATI team members and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain organization of time and deliverables.


Qualifications • Experience in managing projects and related change management activities • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) • Understanding of HR/ Having HR experience • Advanced PowerPoint skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong Excel skills • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to work cross-culturally • Ability to develop and maintain a global relationship network • Ability to work in a virtual work environment Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications: • Knowledge of HR processes • Mentimeter, Mural, Powtoon, Canva, Pixton, Sign Up Genius experience • Microsoft Teams site creation/maintenance knowledge Professional Skill Requirements: • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
