Practice Overview:
The Customers & Channels Capability is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with our client’s services organization. The team provides transformation services across five key offering namely Digital Sales, Service & Marketing; Retention and growth; Field Services; Contact channels and CRM Operations. These services help our clients optimize their cost to serve and improve revenue per customer.

The team is comprised of individuals who have great understanding of customer services function and span across various industries like CHT, FS, Utilities and Retail. The team leverages this diversified skill to deliver projects that helps drive quantifiable value to our clients.

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define service strategies, design and implement contact center or CRM solutions and help optimize our client’s service operations. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking and commitment to quality

Skill Overview:
Candidates need to have:
• Minimum 3-5 years Salesforce experience in either a large end-user or consulting role (Some experience into Salesforce Lightning is must)
• Certifications:
? Administrator - Must
? Sales/Service Cloud Consultant - minimum 1 Consultant certification
? At least one of the following certifications
? Salesforce FSL
? SMAX Administrator
? Einstein Analytics
? Platform App Builder
? Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks as well as work under pressure
• Functional experience in Sales pre/post MBA is big plus (Good to have)
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Has an inquisitive nature with a strong desire to learn

Qualifications

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Must bring industry best practice and their expertise on how core salesforce platform features work whilst working in partnership with the business on defining outcomes as well as to-be processes • Must be capable and have proven success in tackling complex business challenges and the ability to solve them through business improvements whilst exercising mature judgment • Enjoys working with multiple teams (business, development & test) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions. Their in-depth knowledge of business processes and Salesforce make them a trusted advisor and the success of our customer is their #1 priority • Must be a self-starter and whilst engaged with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. They are able to think through problems and make actionable recommendations • Must have hands on experience and expertise of implementing declarative salesforce changes ideally within enterprise-scale environments • Will be expected to understand the technical design outlined by the technical team and in line with Accenture’s best practices with minimal support and supervision • Will need to be able to provide working demos to the business on how all aspects of the solution will work and demonstrate platform functionality to help with any business decisions • Will be expected to document detailed business outcomes in user story format as well as capture acceptance criteria • Will drive & manage UAT & UAT feedback Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • MBA (From Tier 2 / Tier 3 B Schools based in salary ranges) Experience: • Salesforce Functional Consultant with 3-4+ years of experience in Sales/Service/Field Service/CPQ/Einstein implementation (5+ years of total implementations experience) with deep functional, industry and client facing experience • Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team
