- Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : -Acting single point of contact for WPS technologies SCCM, Intune, App packaging, MDM for the client -Having a team handling experience of minimum 2-3 years -Have worked with Global customer earlier and act as a POC for any issues and escalations from client -Contributing to the design of the future SCCM and Intune environment for server and client management, in accordance with relevant internal policies -Advising on service solution by creating HLD, LLD and standard SOPs
- Technical Experience : -Creating a standard of software packaging and distribution delivery -Interface planning and creation to existing software metering and inventory tools -Being involved in the build integrations: from the planning/design phase up to delivery -Cooperating closely with the rest of IT Infrastructure Operations, Architecture, Licensing and Security teams -Ensuring that the performance, scalability, and security are optimized during the design -Delivering quality documentation allowing for smooth
- Professional Attributes : -Several years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations -Technically solid in corporate and enterprise scale of modern Workplace transformation -Strong prior experience with MS SCCM and Intune implementation and Operations -Experience with various standard of Software packaging and distribu
- Educational Qualification : Any graduate
- Additional Information : - Hands-on configuring and troubleshooting most crucial elements of Eurofins global IT infrastructur
