Job Summary:-The Recruiter – Senior Analyst is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. The Recruiter – Senior Analyst administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a medium to large recruiting demand plan. The Recruiter – Senior Analyst may supervise or provide direction to 1-2 Recruiter – Analysts and or or Recruiting Operations Assistants. Relationships:-Reports to: GU Recruiting AP or Senior Manager OR Recruiter – Manager or Senior Specialist or Specialist Supervises: May supervise Recruiter -Analysts and or or Recruiting Operations Assistants External Relationships: Channels or Sources .Universities Search Firms Internet Job Boards Accenture Alumni etc.. Recruiting and or or HR Organizations. Knowledge or Skills Requirements: • Good understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure • Strong understanding of the company’s position in the marketplace • Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures • Strong understanding of recruiting profiles • Very good understanding of selling messages for each organization • Strong interviewing skills • Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan • Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis • Very good understanding of the external marketplace or trends • Data analysis experience • Strong team player • Basic Leadership and coaching skills • Analytical skills and problem solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience Work Requirements: Some travel may be required
Postgraduate degree preferred
