Technology Service management or Analyst or Senior Analyst – India Corporate functions outside of AEE do not have a Technology service management setup like we do in AEE and in Mid FY14 they reached out to us to see if we can support the corporate functions and Build a similar model for CF. In this role the service management analyst will lead and bridge the Gap between the CF’s and the tech account management team for all tech related work. He will be the single point of contact for all technology related initiatives and service management • Help Address P1 or P2 Incidents • Follow-up and Heads-up and Downtime Activities • CAPEX Budgeting and Procurement • AMC Support • New Business Support or Project Movement Support • Procurement Support or Misc. Requirement per Project Need .The business case and budget for this role has been approved and funded by India corporate function. Business case and approvals attached
