Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE) is a shared services arm within the Corporate Functions across the globe. AEE is presently 5000+ strong team spread in 7 global locations i.e. Buenos Aires, India, Manila, Dalian, Dublin, Prague and USA. AEE Sales and Operations teams works very closely with Accenture Sales organization and supports all Growth Platforms and Operating Groups. The team is responsible for all kind of sales operations and finance support required for an efficient sales operation. The team provides sales and pipeline data support, works as a PMO to the sales leads and drives sales operations initiatives including sales reviews, business review prep, reporting, analysis, cleansing, finance support, BD monitor and review.

Job Description: Statutory Compliance Lead
The Statutory Compliance Lead is responsible for assessing, completing all actions/ deliverables and reporting on all Accenture India statutory compliance matters. The role involves working with key stakeholders and gaining consensus when dealing with external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a robust compliance process with a cross functional working group to implement and drive specific statutory compliance requirements.
• Acts as the Compliance Coordinator and Chairs the Compliance Committee. Monitors Compliances and maintains the Compliance Dashboard
• Coordinates all efforts to ensure that all Process Owners are complying with their responsibilities and provide regular updates to the leadership.
• Coordinates with Legal Department regarding necessary updates to the Compliance Manual considering developments in the law.
• Filling of Forms based on signed off data received from various functions and in coordination with Act Owner, as and when needed
• Monitors & Reports Progress. Performs regular self process audits to ensure vitality of compliance is maintained, in coordination with Act Owner
• Maintains the back up repository of all forms, applications and authorizations
• Performs regular self-audits on the processes to ensure vitality of compliance is maintained
Skills/Experience needed:
• Experience in managing a team comprising Compliance and Risk scope of work, with skills in operations and program management.
• Experience in collaborating with a cross-functional set of stakeholders, project teams, clients, vendors, consultants and senior leadership.
• Experience in managing HR, Legal, Finance, Workplace, Procurement related compliance role or process for more than 2 years in a large firm.
• Experience in handling company statutory law requirements, in-house legal, external legal and/or auditing role.
• Maturity to deal with ambiguities, sudden requirements, flexibility to quickly turn around things and help create a controlled environment
• People management skills and working with a diversified team
• High disposition of maintaining confidential data, handling sensitive matters
• Management skills to ensure a smooth process delivery, escalation management
• Graduates or Post graduates. Law graduates, Degree in Labour matters is an added advantage.
