Data Driven Consulting helps industries and functions build, transform and manage Analytics solutions aligned to the new Industry priorities.
Data Driven Consulting Specialist is responsible for working directly with the Global Program Director and Global Leadership to execute the strategy and manage investment plans. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Driving and contributing to the development of the annual business plan based on leadership direction and by integrating the efforts of various internal teams across industries – Offering Development, Marketing, Sales, Learning & Talent Development and Alliances
• Working closely with Subject Matter Experts on development of new knowledge capital including sales decks, point of views, case studies, and materials for awareness/learning initiatives
• Support and manage the work streams to harvest, enrich, and disseminate assets and deliverables from key client engagements
Collaborate with global Digital, Industry and Function organizations to keep the offering set aligned and

• Uses client and/or Accenture's resources responsibly
• Anticipates and addresses potential misalignment between expectations and ability to deliver
• Demonstrates the appropriate balance of sharing necessary data according to Accenture and client requirements
• Makes good use of opportunities to expand or refine own technical/functional and industry/market-relevant skills
• Shares best practice, insights and/or expertise with others
Qualifications and Experience
Education Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Work Experience • Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships at an executive level and be viewed as a subject expert whose opinion is sought where necessary
• Extensive knowledge of the internal and external business environment and an ability to leverage this knowledge to create competitive business advantage
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English
• 6+ years of overall experience working in the Analytics, and/ or the Digital domain is preferred
• Past experience in an Offering Development and/ or Program Management role is a plus
Skills Required • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Advanced Excel skills is a must.

• Team management skills
Professional Skills Requirements • Ability to conceptualize and develop sales decks and offering materials based on available client decks, discussions with SMEs and direction from leadership
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, and ability to understand complex industry issues and position solutions to address these

Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)
