- Key Responsibilities : 1 To work on ticket monitoring tool like Service Now 2 Analyze if issues raised by clients are master data related or they are new development requirements 3 Provide solution to users based on the issue 4 Support testing activities for new developments
- Technical Experience : 1 Should have 2 years experience in SAP BRIM - SOM Subscription Order Management area 2 Should understand other modules within BRIM - CC Convergent Charging /CI Convergent Invoicing /CM Convergent Mediation 3 Preferable to have experience in one E2E implementation in BRIM
- Professional Attributes : 1 Good in Communication with client for understanding the issues faced by them 2 Able to analyze the issues faced by client 3 Able to work/co-ordinate within and across teams
