Objective of Role;
• Create Orders in SAP as per the work instructions received from the Schedulers.;
• Follow Up on Overdue Orders as per the work instructions received from the Schedulers.;
• Download Reports from SAP and format using MS-Excel/MS-Access;

Operational Responsibilities;
• Create Orders in SAP as per the work instructions received from the Schedulers.;

• Download Reports from SAP and format using MS-Excel/MS-Access;
• Executing pre-defined processes in SAP the assigned online tools.;
• Ability to execute rule-based standard transactional work;

Core Competencies;
Aptitudes (functional skills);
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management ;
• Order management of SAP ;
• Spare Parts Planning experience;
Technical Skills;
• SAP – Materials Management Module;
• MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel and Acces;
• SAP experience an advantage (not a pre-requisite);
• Good effective typing skills;
Other Expectations;
• Work in a proactive and service orientated manner.;
• Drive issues to resolution.;
• Good organisational administration skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. ;
• Excellent communication skills ability to interface with clients.;
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English language.;
• Good written English;
• Some Operations Agents will need to have very good spoken English;
